Message	It's normal for the ECU to Prime the fuel system, then turn off IF you do not have the Engine Turnng.. When the Engine is turning, ( by any means) the ECU should pull in the Fuel Pump.. When the CAS turns, the Fuel Pump Runs.. Cap
